Developed Android App that allows work order tracking and updates for field service technicians.

This application allowed for pictures with GPS coordinates to be taken, technical repair notes to be added, and then uploaded back to a central server for office and client review and approval.

Network Update

Updated multi-site VPN firewalls devices to latest PCI compliant hardware. Migrated Active Directory from Windows 2003 DCs to new Windows 2012 DCs, relocated shared resources, and network software to new servers.

This was a complete network hardware upgrade that called for new VPN firewalls and managed switches to multiple server replacement and decommissioning to latest SQL and Exchange server installation and configuration.
